Hollingsworks turns twelve clicks into two for 5–30 person service businesses across Metro Detroit — quietly, behind the scenes, with the team and the software you already have.

You work with Jesse, start to finish.
Fixed price, agreed before a build starts.
Most builds run two to six weeks.
Code, docs and accounts are handed over.
Hollingsworks is a small operations studio in Birmingham, Michigan. We build the shortcuts between the tools you already use, so the day-to-day takes fewer clicks.
The work is mechanical, not magical. We watch how your week actually runs, find the spots where it takes twelve clicks when it could take two, and build the shortcut. Your team keeps doing the work — with less of the manual middle.

Nobody gets written out of a job. The people you hired spend less time retyping and more time on the work they're good at.
No account managers, no juniors, no decks. The person you talk to on day one is the person who builds it.
Three sliders, rough numbers. It adds up hours — not dollars — just to give us something real to talk about.
A sense of scale, not a promise. Nothing about this number is a verdict — every shop has slow parts, and plenty of them are there for good reasons. We'd want to sit with the actual work before saying what's worth shortening.
Ideas for the kinds of businesses around here — law offices, dental practices, trades, anyone with deadlines. Yours would look different.
All samples — illustrative ideas, not client work.
See eight sample dashboardsEach one is hand-built around your business. Real engineering — custom code, integrations, and AI where it earns its keep — aimed at one specific spot in your week.
A dependable connection between two tools that don't otherwise talk. It runs in the background on a schedule or the moment something changes, with error handling and a log you can check.
Custom code that pulls from each source, runs the math, formats it, and delivers it when it's useful — Friday at 4, every morning at 7, end of every shift.
A purpose-built tool that notices the trigger — a new inquiry, a recurring meeting — and has a draft waiting in the right place. AI-assisted when context matters, template-driven when consistency does.
Something that watches one signal — a number, a folder, a date — and speaks up with the full picture when it's off. Silent by default. Loud only when it matters.
A custom web page that pulls from the four or five places you bounce between now. Designed around your data and how you use it — not a template you have to bend.
A scheduled job at end of day: gathers the numbers, checks them against each other, writes it up, and flags anything that doesn't match. Your judgment still does the judgment parts.
The goal is simple: the day gets a little easier, and nobody had to learn a whole new system for it to happen.
We talk, we look around, we build, and — if you'd like — we stick around. No hourly meter. You know what you're saying yes to before anything starts.
You tell us what's grinding. We listen, ask questions, and say honestly whether we're the right help.
Time on-site watching how the work actually happens, then a written plan.
You pick which shortcuts are worth doing. We agree on one price up front, then build.
We stick around for upkeep and the next batch of shortcuts. Cancel any time.
Build prices are typical ranges. Yours is quoted as one fixed number after the look-around — before any build work starts.
Five to thirty people. An office, a practice, or a crew. Owners who know their business well and would like the week to run a little smoother.
I came up as an engineer at General Motors, finding the places where teams got stuck doing things the long way — and building the tools that gave them a shorter one. I also build apps, with live apps on the App Store and Google Play. So when I say I'll build the shortcut, I build it.
Hollingsworks is small on purpose. If we work together, you work with me — not a project manager, not a junior, not a slide deck. You know your business better than I do. My job is to help with the parts that take the long way around.
Hollingsworks is in its first year. You won't find client logos or testimonials here, because there aren't any yet — and we won't fake them. Every mockup on this site is labeled Sample. When there's real work to show, it'll be here.
Straight answers. If yours isn't here, it's a good thing to bring to the first conversation.
One note starts a free 30-minute conversation — send it below, or email directly. If we're not the right fit, we'll say so — usually inside the first ten.

Your business and town. “A six-chair dental office in Royal Oak” is plenty.
Roughly how many people. Just a ballpark.
One thing that takes the long way around. The one you'd fix first.
